Letter to 19 year old male cousin about being drafted to china

Dear Jacob,
       How are you? I heard you graduated school and just had a birthday...... Happy 19th Birthday :)! Your mom is getting you a heart felt present, but she said not to say anymore about it. I hope you can come to grandmas' place for a family get together soon.
       I found out the reason why you have to go Formosa, its because Trumen promised Taiwan that if they ever got attacked by the Peoples Republic of China our country would set out and go there to help. Just make sure you stay safe if you go. I dont think you should go though because war is pointless but its your choice not mine and i will support your choice because you're family.
       Mahatma Gandhi believed in passive resistance which is to nonviolently ignore or not to practice something. Gandhi was anti-war never fought, he didnt like war at all, I don't think war goes anywhere and you should try doing things like Gandhi, but again its your decision.
        Henry Thoreau fought for civil disobedience by never provoking retalition or any sort of violence against your draft if you're unwilling to go.
        Leo Tolstoy was drafted in the army for the Russians, he came back and relized it was wrong; I think and hope if you did go to war you will relize its not worth it and its wrong.
       Martin Luther King Jr. belived in change and to ignore the hate and disrespect for others and treat everyone equal, I think Taiwan and Red China need to settle their differances and get along that way you don't have to be drafted out under conscription.
       I believe that war is wrong because you just fight or die for different beliefs, but you have the right to choose whether you want to go or not it's your choice, no one else has that right to tell you what you should do. So whatever your choice is I'll back you up on it and support you, you're family and I don't like when people judge, I just think if you go you're gonna dislike it.

Body Exhumed from Notato backyard
74-year-old Dale Smith had been missing since September 2010, he was suppose to be at Lake Almanour with his brother. On Feb. 9th neighbors Terry & Rebecca Smith, (not related to Dale Smith), felt driven to take her suspicions to the Novato Police because, "Dale was missing and I was concerned." The couple's concernes were aparently confirmed late at night on Feb. 23rd, when the FBI uncovered a body in Dale Smith's backyard. Captian Jim Berg said that police are presuming that Smith's body was buried there. Police considered Evelyn Smith, (his 55-year-old wife), as a person of interest.

Magdalene Landry/ Abortion Paper

      The purpose of the Magdalene Landry was to punish women for bearing children out of wedlock. But their destitute was getting their children taken away at birth, a lifetime of penitence spent in the service of the Sisters of Charity or other orders like performing domestic chores.... harsh and thankless chores like laundering prison uniforms, cooking foods, and caring for the elderly nuns or their aging peers, still being trapped forever behind the walls of Ireland's convent landries, and industrial schools. I understand that there where Glasnevins and how all the girls were punished before God, and some chores as they went on became a drudgrey to the girls whom were there they all start to wilt away tired and working non-stop in the eyes of God himself.
     I feel like abortion is really wrong because you're killing an innocent life and some girls will ironically want to have an abortion because they feel they aren't ready to bear a child, but they will have the feeling its wrong and so they wont want to do it.
     Abortion is a good thing because young women aren't ready to bear a child so they have that opition but they will most likely have culpability of taking car of the child. The children are woe-begotten to the girls parents, and since they dont want the young women to have a child they say you should try getting an abortion since you are not ready to bear a child amongst yourself.
      In all of this i learned that it should be very frowned upon if you end up being in the Magdalene Landries and I also learned there is one way and that is not to get pregant and if you do you really shouldn't kill your baby.
